Poppy & Lotus sells botanical wellness products, which are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, or the legal age required in your state or region to purchase botanical supplement products, whichever is greater.

Poppy & Lotus does not knowingly sell products to anyone under the required legal age, or to persons residing in a state or region where the sale of a given botanical product is restricted or prohibited. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the recipient of the shipment also meets these requirements. Products purchased from this site are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

We reserve the right to use third-party age verification in accordance with applicable law, and may request identification if we have reason to believe an order does not meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be verified within a reasonable time.

Your Account

If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you are under the required legal age, or reside in a state or region where our products are restricted, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate your account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time.

Product Images & Descriptions

Pricing & Promotions

In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment collected. If your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a full refund for any cancelled order.

Only one coupon or promo code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a full refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned package is scanned by the carrier.

All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

You may not use this site to solicit others to join a third-party service, or to upload commercial content without our permission.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or block any content or communication we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or applicable law.
