Buying kanna extract: what to know

Kanna has a long history of traditional use among the San and Khoikhoi peoples of South Africa, who chewed, brewed, or fermented the dried plant. Today it's most often sold as standardized extracts in capsules and tablets, and blended into gummies and other edibles.
